Peter Hug, with a degree in biotechnology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, is the current managing director of BioPharmConsult AG. He has worked in the biotech industry for over 15 years. He was active on all professional and corporate levels, from project engineer to technical director and as an executive board member in the pharma- and biotech industries.

Due to his extensive project management activities in planning and engineering firms as well as in major pharma companies, he is able to respond equally to operational and customer needs, and thus, unnecessary frictions and crossovers can be avoided.

Peter Hug also has an extensive background in newly developed business operations and is therefore an expert with regard to the challenges of mergers and acquisitions.
